The government has always aimed to construct infrastructures to improve the transportation system in the Philippines.
This section of the project is between Caloocan and España. It is an all-elevated four-lane toll expressway and has a length of 1.25km. The whole project aims to improve the connectivity between NAIA and Clark airports.
The area and the maximum height of the wall is 2,400 sqm and 6.75m respectively, using HA steel strip reinforcement.
